As a self-confessed fanatic, most of my life has been shaped around sports.
Hailing from Melbourne and growing up in the western suburbs of Sydney, my consumption habits began around the Australian staples of rugby league and cricket, while developing a special bond with football through my Italian heritage.
A representative athlete at a regional level, my University studies focused on sports management, sports marketing and public relations, during which I cut my teeth as the Public Relations Manager and Vice-President of my local football club, and as the Marketing Manager for a NSW State League club.
Post-graduation, I embarked on an incredible seven year journey as Head of Marketing & Communications within Australian Gymnastics; acting as the head of editorial, communications and media for the Association.
In 2015, I set my sights on broadening my experience in the United Kingdom. Since making the move, I have provided digital content, presented and written for internationally renowned sports media organisations including Marca (Spain) and Gazzetta dello Sport (Italy).
Frequent appearances as a Serie A expert on the nationally broadcast ‘FanTV’ football show have further developed my broadcast journalism skills, while I have also worked in an editorial capacity for numerous football clubs, including West Ham United, Fulham FC and Queens Park Rangers.
In my free-time, you will often find me attending football matches in England and Italy, in addition to any other sports I can get my hands on; be it darts, rugby union, rugby league, snooker, tennis, gymnastics, cricket or others.
